Personal training runs by appointment through the week and pairs with any membership — most people use it to work a specific goal alongside their group batches.

Questions before you join

Is the first class really free?
Yes. Come try any batch that fits your morning or evening — no card, no obligation. You only choose a plan once you know it's a fit.
Does one membership cover both yoga and strength?
It does. Every tier is all-access, so you can flow in the morning and lift in the evening on the same pass, for one price.
How big are the classes?
Every batch is capped at twelve. It's the whole point of Prana — small enough that your coach knows your name, your level, and your knee history.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and some water. Mats and kit are here — just arrive a few minutes early to settle in and say hello.
Can I pause my membership?
Life happens. If you're travelling or recovering from an injury, message us and we'll work out a fair pause together.
Where are you, and when are you open?
Lane 7, Koregaon Park, Pune. We run Monday to Saturday, 6 am to 9 pm, plus a gentle Sunday 8–10 am restorative session.
