Personal training, one to one
Private coaching around a specific goal, a return from injury, or a schedule that group timings don't fit. Book single sessions or save with a pack.
Personal training runs by appointment through the week and pairs with any membership — most people use it to work a specific goal alongside their group batches.

Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative and functional strength — switch freely between them, no add-on fees.

Every session is capped at twelve, so coaching stays personal and each correction is meant for you.
