Gentle practice for two.
A calm, body-aware class for expectant mothers — designed with a physiotherapist and taught in small batches. Tuesday and Thursday mornings, at your pace.
A class built around your body
Pregnancy changes how you move week by week. This practice moves with it — designed with a physiotherapist so the breath, the shapes and the rest are safe for where you are, not a general class you have to modify on your own.
Safe by design
The programme was built with a physiotherapist, so every pose has a reason and a safer alternative if you need one.
Modified as you go
What's right in the first trimester isn't right in the third. We adjust the practice as your body and your bump change.
Never lost at the back
Kept to a small group so there's always an eye on you, room to ask, and time to rest whenever you need it.
Your first prenatal class
New to it, or new to yoga entirely? Here's how a first morning with us tends to go.
Tell us where you are
Which trimester you're in, how you're feeling, and anything your doctor or midwife has advised. We build the session around it.
Move, breathe, rest
Gentle mobility, breathing that helps in labour and after, and props for support. You never push — you settle.
Leave a little lighter
Most mums-to-be leave calmer, looser in the hips and back, and glad of an hour that was just for them.
Prenatal runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings, alongside the rest of the studio.
You're welcome to join for a single class, or fold it into a membership if you'd like to keep coming through your pregnancy. As with every batch at Prana, your first class is free — a gentle way to see how it feels before committing.
One kind request: please check with your doctor or midwife before you start, and bring any guidance they give you. We'll happily work around it — safe movement always comes first.
