Aditi Deshmukh
Leads the yoga side with 500+ hours of formal training. Aditi teaches from the breath outward — patient with a first-timer, precise with a seasoned practitioner, and never in a hurry to rush a shape.
Most studios pick a lane — a yoga shala or a strength gym. Since 2022 we've run both in Koregaon Park, taught by specialists, on a single membership.
Prana started with a simple frustration: you shouldn't have to choose between a calm mind and a strong body, or hold two memberships to get both.
So in 2022 we opened a small studio on Lane 7, Koregaon Park, with room for exactly the kind of teaching that gets lost in a crowded gym. Yoga on one side, strength on the other, and a single door between them.
The rule we built everything around is the twelve-person cap. Twelve people to a batch means nobody drifts to the back, every correction is meant for someone, and your coach actually learns how you move — your goals, your history, and yes, that knee you keep mentioning.
We're a neighbourhood studio, not a chain. You'll see the same two faces every week, and after a few sessions we'll know your name before you've unrolled your mat. That's the whole idea.
Strong body. Quiet mind. Walking distance. The Prana promise
The pairing is the point — each half of Prana is led by someone who actually holds the credentials for it.

Runs functional strength as a former state-level athlete. Karan builds programmes around your body and your history — including any old injury — so you get stronger without breaking yourself to do it.
The twelve-person cap isn't a marketing line — it's what makes the rest of this possible.
Your goals and your injuries carry over from session to session, so the coaching builds instead of resetting each time.
Mobility and load, calm and effort — kept under one roof so the two sides of your training actually talk to each other.
Every batch is scaled to where you are today. First Surya Namaskar or first pull-up — you start where you start.
Meet Aditi or Karan, try a batch, and see whether Prana feels like your kind of studio. No card, no pressure.
